Frequently asked questions
Earlier is better. Your spot is held when you approve the quote and pay the 50% deposit, and you then go on our installation list. We text you your installation date and send an alert when we are on the way.
We provide them. You pick from our custom commercial-grade lights and decorations, and the job covers design, installation, maintenance, removal and storage. We store your lights and decor between seasons.
Call us and we come back out. Maintenance through the season is part of the job, not an extra, and it sits alongside installation, removal and storage under Complete Care.
Removal starts after January 1st and runs into February, weather depending. We take down the lights and decor and store your set until the next season.
There is no flat price. Every display is quoted for the individual home, and the quote comes with digital mockups plus terms and conditions. Once you approve it, a 50% deposit secures your spot.

The roads we run most from Canfield: US-224 east to Boardman and Poland, I-680 into Youngstown, State Route 11 south to Columbiana and Lisbon, I-79 between Morgantown and the Pittsburgh suburbs, and I-70 at Wheeling. Our service area reaches about 150 miles, from Canfield to Morgantown, WV.
